Webster & Webster Associates has an exciting opportunity for an energetic, detail-oriented, driven professional to join our team as a Researcher.  The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, independent, charged by multitasking, and motivated by performance and bonus.
 
As a Researcher, you will drive quality talent to our recruiting team by researching, identifying and assessing candidates for job opportunities with our clients.
 
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Collaborate with Recruiters to develop specific criteria and skills sets for each role
  • Generate and execute research strategies to support an effective search process that engages both active and passive talent
  • Build campaigns and messaging to attract applicants
  • Create and maintain a continual flow of candidates by utilizing advanced internet search skills, cold calling, networking, data mining, referrals and other techniques
  • Make initial contact and build relationships/networks with prospective candidates to generate leads with an interest in pursuing new opportunities
  • Compile a high-volume and high-quality candidate pipeline for multiple requisitions under tight deadlines
  • Maintain research resources
  • Strategize new ways to keep talent pipeline full through proactively researching & testing new methodologies
  • Input and manage database and candidate pipeline through internal CRM database & applicant tracking system
  • Adjust work time to be able to connect with & meet the scheduling needs of prospective talent
 
REQUIREMENTS
  • Experience in a fast-paced, multi-tasking, research, coordinating or sourcing position
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems, talent relationship management, customer relationship management, job sites and tools (Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, SugarCRM, Bullhorn, Zoho, Workable, JobScience, JobScore, Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, etc.)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel & PowerPoint, Google Apps
  • Experience with internet data mining and search techniques (Boolean, x-ray, flip, etc)
  • Experienced in using creative sourcing & research methods including: internet/social/online sourcing techniques, referral/reference management, cold calling techniques
  • Data entry and database maintenance
  • Experience working on team-based projects or in a team based environment as well as working independently
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills
  • Ability to identify & connect with highly-qualified candidates
  • Experience with goal-setting, goal achievement and performance measurements
  • Must enjoy being on the phone making cold-calls
  • Must have outgoing personality and attitude
  • Must be ambitious and driven by success and rewards
 
PREFERRED
  • 1+ year of talent research/sourcing experience
  • Knowledge of EEO, ADA and OFCCP requirements
  • HR, recruiting or sourcer certification from AIRS, Social Talent, The Sourcing Institute OR the People Sourcing Certification Program preferred
  • Understanding of full-life cycle recruitment
  • Bachelor's degree, Computer Science, Engineering or related field of studies
