We are looking for an energetic, detail-oriented, driven professional to join our team as a Technical Sourcer.  In collaboration with our recruiters, the Technical Sourcer will drive quality talent to our recruiting team by researching, identifying and assessing candidates for job opportunities with our clients.

  • Identify appropriate sourcing strategies in consultation with recruiting team leaders
  • Update candidate records and job postings in recruiting system
  • Provide follow-up correspondence to candidates on status via email and phone
  • Tracking recruiting activities and providing candidate status
  • Write, post and track response to job ads
  • Screen resumes and refer qualified applicants to the appropriate recruiter
  • Conduct preliminary interviews by phone
  • Maintain networking contacts for sourcing applicants
  • Respond to inquiries from the general public and prospective applicants regarding job opportunities and qualifications
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
  • At least 2 years of experience in fast-paced, customer service oriented position, sourcing or recruiting experience is preferred
  • Ability to demonstrate experience with various sourcing tools and technologies (ATS, CRM, job boards, social media platforms, etc.)
  • Experience with data mining and search techniques (Boolean, x-ray, flip, etc.)
  • Ability to identify and connect with candidates
  • Proficiency with standard business software (Microsoft, Excel, Power Point, Google Apps, etc.)
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education, training and experience (technical preferred)
  • Superb customer focus, attention to detail and organization skills
  • Experience with goal-setting, goal achievement and performance measurements
  • Must have high-energy, outgoing, professional attitude
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, quickly changing environment
