• Remote post-sales support and training
• Resolve and manage technical issues
• Develop scripts, technical notes and white papers

• Excellent understanding of C++ (STL, Boost)
• Software profiling & code profiler
• Excellent understanding of Object Oriented design
• Understanding of the C++ compilation process
• Excellent problem solving skills
• Quickly learn & understand code written by others
• Multitask, prioritize & follow through
• Work with limited supervision

Preferred Skills

• Language Parser
• Embedded microprocessor development

Education

• BS, Computer Sciences or related field of study
